If I could give zero stars then I would. This companies customer service is truly appalling. Engineer appointments are made and confirmed but they don’t turn up sighting system failure or sickness and if and when they do they don’t have the correct parts, you call the company but can’t get through, when you do they promise to sort out your problem but never do, ask for the manager, she is conveniently in a meeting or training. Do they deserve to be working with a company like D&G not in my opinion they don’t.   21-12-18
