Took my phone into the shop with cracked glass. Repair was ready 3 days later and went in to pick it up. I noticed that the glass seemed raised up at the bottom and not seated correctly. Also the touch screen was not very sensitive at the bottom - he told me it was due to a poor signal.
Once I got home, as it was unresponsive I pressed the screen a bit harder and the glass cracked. Took it back 3 days later (after sunday and bank holiday) to get it repaired properly and they refused to do anything. No refund no fix. The man was very rude and accused me of being a liar stating I must have dropped it. I won't be going back there again!!
