David and the team at the Ropewalk Shopmobility were fantastic. So friendly, helpful and full of local knowledge and anecdotes. (Get them to tell you a few ghost stories!) I can't thank them enough for the warm welcome we got on our recent visit (my brother-in-law lives locally and visits here frequently) Top marks for customer service
