If you enjoy being insulted, then this is the place for you! The guy behind the counter, presumably the owner/Manager, takes pleasure in berating whatever watch or item of jewellery you may have had the misfortune to burden him with the task of repairing. Being told that your beloved jewellery is poor quality, mass produced rubbish, is really not what a customer wants to hear.I think he has either forgotten, or perhaps never realised, that paying customers are what keep him in business. He should also perhaps reconsider the mass produced tacky tat, that he is selling in his shop, just in case someone may have to bring it back for repair. In summary the guy is an a**ehole. And I hope he reads this and attempts to be nicer to other paying customers
