Someone suggested "avoid this shop like a plague" I I would second that sentiment. I asked them to split a double designed ring. They delayed it much longer than acceptable and the result was poor. After splitting I had 2 rings which had abrasive edges in three place but when I pointed out this to the owner he dismissed it. I would not recommend this people.
