I have been a good customer of Carpetright in the past and had no problems. Earlier in the year I had some laminate flooring fitted which is now 'buckling' in places as if it is too tight. I am disappointed with the after service as the original fitter doesn't seem to be interested and the store don't seem to be rushing to sort it out for me.
