I would be totally shocked to find that the recent good review was left by anyone but an employee or the manager! If this shop had competition it would go out of business very quickly. My wife and I asked a simple question "do you have this in any other sizes?" The girl replied "I don't know" and asked someone else, they didn't know. Neither of them had the common sense or courtesy to go and look!
