4 weeks ago we went into the shop and ordered some clothes for Canon Evans School. Our daughter is starting this week. (5th sept 2014) We had not heard anything from the shop so went in to store today (2nd Sept) Only to be told that "they" messed up the ordering system so the clothes were not ordered!? They did not appear sympathetic or apologetic and left us feeling furious and let down. Its a shame they are the only local outlet to sell the school unifroms or we would take our business else where. We have re-ordered the clothes and we are told it will be several more weeks until they are likely to arrive. JUST NOT ACCEPTABLE !
