I can honestly say I've used the shop for years for my children's uniform and after concerns for the blazer I ordered I visited the alternative supplier they mentioned to me however I found him to be rude, unhelpful and found that the quality is not as good at the school wear centre. I for one will be returning to the school wear centre yearly to get my uniform I've never had an issue with the staff, they are busy and stock not been in store is not their fault. on my last visit I witnessed the poor new manager getting shouted and screamed at for things beyond her control but she remained professional and calm. well done to her.
