Hi I would just like to warn you about Carpetright Nuneaton. Make sure everything you get told, you get in writing. We had wooden flooring put in, the fitters were brilliant and made a fantastic job, BUT, when we were in the shop ordering it, I asked the sales person, would there be extra for lifting our carpet. We were told 'NO'. all in with the price. When the fitters arrived they were surprised to see the carpet down, as they had not been told and there was extra to pay to lift carpet!!!/ Annoying as we could of lifted it ourselves!!. Second lie, At the same time as ordering the flooring we ordered a bed. Jokingly, I said to salesperson, as we giving the shop such a nice order is there not any specials/free items that could be thrown in. The sales person told us, if you like pillows we could throw them in... We were pleased. I didnt check the order until I got home, and guess what 'he charged us for our so called free pillows'. £38 worth. So as I said make sure when you put your order in, you get everything in writing they can not be trusted. But fitters did a brilliant job.
