My daughter been using lotus for quite some time for eyebrow waxing, today she went in and they have taken a layer of skin off her eye lid. She was in tears complaining to them, they had the cheek to say they had done 3 previous people with no problems and must be the moisturiser she put on, she hadn't even used any moisturiser. There advice was to rub Vaseline on it and refused to refund her money. So unless you have the same skin as the 3 people previous I would steer well clear as the staff clearly are not receiving the correct training.
