Started filling the car and suddenly
gushing/overflowing of pertol. Like excessive petrol coming out of the pump. I stopped it within seconds of noticing it, but was all over the ground. I got charged £30 more than what went into the car. I was made to pay the full price. Wanted to speak to manager but was told wasnt in and not sure when he will be back. He refused to give me a number to call to make a complaint. He said there is no one in charge of petrol. I was told it was all my fault. Everyone gets spillages and I said that was not spillage, that was a massive massive massive puddle of petrol on the ground. He then said, or sometimes the pump gets stuck and won't register when the petrol needs to stop. So he refused and still made me pay for a little petrol that managed to get in the car and what was on the ground. Total £74.97. My full tank at their price per liter costs me £60 and today I already had half a tank before I decided to fill up for the week.
