David and all the direct staff are absolutely brilliant very helpfull in every way couldn't fault them would recommend using shopmobility Nuneaton to anybody however don't think much to one of the trustees mr Alan think he needs teaching a few manners on how to address people and using his manners as he has none glad he's not a person that you have to deal with everyday there is always proper ways to talk to people seeing as he represents a charitable company

David and the team at the Ropewalk Shopmobility were fantastic. So friendly, helpful and full of local knowledge and anecdotes. (Get them to tell you a few ghost stories!) I can't thank them enough for the warm welcome we got on our recent visit (my brother-in-law lives locally and visits here frequently)
