We hired Adele for our wedding in April 2016. Adele is a lovely lady, very polite, friendly, flexible and accommodating. Adele is not in my opinion however a wedding photographer. Our photos were dark, shadowy, we have approx 10 photos of just the bride and groom and they were very standard front facing stand still and look at the camera shots nothing spectacular no holding hand shots or looking back shots . No photos of the rings being put on in the ceremony and no photos of the first kiss and our registrar did allow photography and videography through out as our videograpger filmed the whole ceremony. When Adele dropped off our wedding photo book I could have cried at the standard of not only the book but the photos more importantly. They are grainy very low quality dark and pretty poor to be honest. She just had an SLR camera with no external flash which has added to the poor quality of the images. Some photos taken on mobile phones by the guests were much clearer and brighter. This was a Groupon offer of £350 which was 47% off so for nearly £700 for the original package price I expected much better. I spoke to Adele and said to her I wasn't happy and asked her when she got the book and saw the photos did she feel proud of her work and excited to show us to see our reaction to which sadly her answer was "no i wasnt I am sorry". She has told us she doesn't want us to pay for the package at all as she felt very sorry for the poor work she has provided. Whilst we don't have to pay sadly we have no nice photos of our day and will never get them. I strongly suggest people looking to book Adele take into consideration she is not a trained or qualified wedding photographer in my opinion.
